For "The Witness' Eye," we began by analyzing a critical context, the current Covid-19 pandemic, and the responses each country has adopted to cope with it. In the field of education, needs have emerged related to the digital skills of primary and lower secondary school teachers and the skills and tools they possess to capture and maintain students' attention, especially during distance learning. Furthermore, important and fundamental categories for a country, such as the entire Arts and Culture sector, and an important tertiary sector linked to creativity and interconnected with education, have been virtually forgotten. The MAIN OBJECTIVES of our project, therefore, aim to combine the needs of cultural workers and artists with the needs of teachers and educators to stimulate students' attention in this critical context, both in "in-person" and "remote" learning. Teachers and educators will directly benefit from 9 audiovisual teaching modules that will help them develop creative paths in theater, music, dance, and painting to support education, suggesting activities that support both distance learning and in-person teaching in the time of Covid. The TARGET GROUPS we will address from a planning perspective are: - Direct Target Group (teachers/educators in primary and lower secondary schools) - Indirect Target Group (students aged 8-14) - Organizations - Stakeholders (Local School Offices, Cultural Associations, Publishers and Publishing Houses, digital and on-demand television channels, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Rai, Rai Play) The cooperation partner countries ITALY, SPAIN, MACEDONIA, BULGARIA, SWEDEN, AND NORWAY, have organizations committed to the education sector and want to provide tools accessible to any teacher, anywhere in the world, at any time. These tools will strengthen teachers' digital skills and creative mediation skills in both in-person and remote teaching, thereby improving their students' academic performance. Each LTT activity will be filmed, recorded, and edited into a themed Teaching Module, in the language of the country in which it takes place and translated and/or subtitled in English. The ACTIVITIES will be: C1 Digitalization and Teachers METIVA (IT) C2 Mediation of Methodologies and Contents METIVA (IT) C3 Storytelling Theater METIVA (IT) C4 Creative Writing METIVA (IT) C5 Music for Educational SCIENTIA NOVA (MK) C6 Media Literacy and Arts ESPACIO ROJO (ES) C7 Music and Folk Dance SUKM (BG) C8 Dance Theater NORDIC HORIZON (SE) C9 Young People and Creative Education INTERMEZZO UNGDOM (NO) Together with the PICSAT ABRUZZO crew, made up of 3 technicians, the participants in the activities are: - 1 teacher/educator (+18 years) from primary or lower secondary school - 1 cultural operator/artist (+18 years) for each partner country. - 10 young people/students aged 8 to 14 for each partner country. - 1 project manager (18 years or older) for each partner country (6 in total). Of these participants, only 6 project managers + 3 from the PICSAT ABRUZZO crew will participate in the mobility. In addition to the 9 themed teaching modules, the following will be produced: - 1 documentary, approximately 50 minutes long, in English, on the possibilities and techniques for creative educational mediation both "in person" and "remote". - 1 miniseries in 12 episodes, subtitled in English, lasting 30 minutes each, with a narrative approach of an educational nature. - 1 song in 2 versions (Italian and English); - 1 teacher's guide. Our project's multiplier events were a key moment for sharing and disseminating the intellectual results produced. Preparation lasted several months, in parallel with all the other preparatory activities for the multiplier events that would conclude the entire implementation process. During TPM3, it was mutually agreed: 1. to have the same type of event, in terms of organization and documentation, namely: - Agenda - Brochure - Project presentation - Signature sheets - Kit containing: USB sticks/other digital media with trailers and presentations, links to the YouTube channel and social media pages; - Letters expressing interest and emails to collect requests; - Free license for the materials; - Pens, notebooks, and other gadgets; - Certificates of participation; - Visual materials for opening round tables to gather feedback. - to share the same goals: increase the number of subscribers on the YouTube channel and disseminate the developed tools through short workshops to download and demonstrate their use with in-person participants. - The trailers of the documentary and the miniseries were chosen to open the event, the full screening of the documentary (which received excellent feedback at all events), and some episodes of the miniseries were used for the workshop sessions, and the song "Margherite e Mostri" was used to gather final emotions and reactions. 2. to hold all events in April (sometimes on the same days) to interact with each other, including live online. At the end of all MEs, an online meeting was held to collect both participation data and feedback from participants. 3. to increase quality both by increasing the number of participants and by developing a program that could also be shared online with partners. For these reasons, some partners also held two events. The multiplier event in Italy was held in Casoli (CH) on April 26, 2023. 64 Italians participated in person and 5 internationals online. We delivered 40 kits and received 32 expressions of interest in person and 43 via email. The event took place in the main hall of the G. De Petra Comprehensive School in Casoli and was attended by school principals, mayors, regional education authorities, and local online media. The event's primary objectives—increasing subscribers to the YouTube channel and disseminating the tools—were largely achieved. The various resources produced as part of the project were presented in detail, including the teaching modules, audiovisual documentary, miniseries, handbook, and song. Information was provided on the content, methodology, objectives, and benefits for the end users. Short training sessions/practical workshops were also organized to allow participants to directly experiment with the proposed tools and subscribe to the YouTube channel to use all the materials independently after the event. It's important to note that the Italian event exceeded expectations, both in terms of overall attendance and the quality of the participants. Above all, the event prompted commitments to continue the activities and collaborate with both the municipalities involved and the De Petra Institute, with which we signed an "Agreement for the activation of an E+ Point" in the school. This ensured greater dissemination of the project's results and a greater scope for sharing good practices and experiences, as well as promoting innovation and quality in education and the arts. Finally, our multiplier event gave us the opportunity to gather feedback and evaluations from participants, allowing us to assess the impact and effectiveness of the intellectual outputs produced. This feedback was invaluable in assessing the level of quality achieved and in making any future improvements or adju

This approach was particularly innovative because it addressed the need to adapt educational methodologies to distance learning, offering ideas and practical suggestions for engaging students through theater, music, dance, and painting. The significant contribution of this intellectual product lies in its ability to address the specific needs of teachers and educators in the context of teaching mediation. The IO is composed of the following tools: - The 9 teaching modules offer a practical and structured guide for developing creative pathways, enabling teachers to create engaging learning experiences both in person and remotely. - The audiovisual documentary and the 6-episode miniseries offer authentic and moving testimonies from participants' experiences, enabling teachers to better understand the challenges and adapt their teaching practices accordingly. - The handbook on guidelines provides a valuable resource for teachers, offering practical advice, suggestions, and strategies for effectively implementing both the activities proposed in the teaching modules and any other non-formal activity they deem necessary to better engage students in critical or challenging moments. Our work aimed to establish common guidelines for the implementation of any non-formal activity, to ensure a high level of quality in the implementation of creative activities aimed at more rooted and effective learning. - The song, in two versions (Italian and English), represents a further innovation in student engagement through the art of music. This musical creation allows for the expression of emotions and the creative and engaging involvement of students. The value we believe we have provided with the creation of this IO lies primarily in the fact that these tools are not intended to be a simple model to be slavishly adapted to teachers' teaching programs, but rather to stimulate and inspire them to get involved firsthand and become active participants in their own learning. We hope, through the use of these tools, teachers will become their own first learners, practicing the "meaningful learning" necessary for students. Regarding the number and duration of the miniseries' episodes, compared to what was envisioned in the project, during implementation (specifically, already in the preparation phase of the first modules), through analysis of the risk and impact plans, we reached a significant conclusion: - To determine the number and duration of the miniseries' episodes, it was necessary to observe the habits of the two target audiences (teachers and students) regarding the use of video content online; To define the quality level to achieve, it was necessary to establish metrics that would define the level of engagement and those that measure viewer attention to detail (e.g., which episode is most impactful; how to use the proposed tools, etc.). Therefore, in consultation with all partners, we decided to make appropriate adjustments, reducing the number and length of episodes as a strategic choice to ensure the overall high quality of the miniseries, offering a more focused and engaging vision of the topics covered. Moreover, the number of YouTube views and insights into viewing times show significantly higher values for shorter videos. Despite the critical context of the pandemic and any discrepancies between what was planned and what was actually achieved, we managed to maint
