The Metiva System is applicable to every sector and is divided, through the Metiva Method, mainly in Integrated Consulting, Certifications and Project Management. Integrated Consultancy and Certifications are achieved through objectives studied and set during the Organizational and Management Consultancy studied "tailored" for each organization. The goal is not just to achieve certification, but to maintain an autonomous, simplified, organized, effective internal management system. For these objectives, the Method, of the Metiva System, is applied in targeted consultancy, coaching and training and, project management.

Metiva Academy, changes the way of approaching work. Organizations change accordingly and become learning organizations, thus linking the long-term life of people and organizations that "enter" our network and our Metiva System, to the process of continuous learning, to (previous) knowledge.
