So far, young people are, in our opinion, the segment of the population that has surprised us the most. They certainly aren't coping well with this social and health situation, but they have taken on a great deal of responsibility and will be the last to give up. Yet it is precisely we, the adults, their educators, who, regardless of the health emergency, have created an unstable present and an unclear future for them. And now that we are in "Phase 2," we are behind in remote reorganization, in the presentation of attractive and feasible training and entertainment offerings in blended versions (remote and in-person). We are functioning and sputtering like an engine that has been stalled for a long time, not because Covid-19 is the only thing holding us back, but because, according to the Youth Workers, this is compounded by old obstacles and already difficult paths that we have been dragging along for some time. A new awareness will need to be instilled and informed by this awareness in a youth policy system that is in need of profound renewal and capable of responding to the demands of this time. The 5For.Mat project, using a smart, digital, and creative methodology, aims to address issues and topics of interest to the entire European Community, namely, rediscovering different types of "Community": - The value of Community, to rediscover and overcome the sense of vulnerability that is not only negative but also valuable in the face of the ecological crisis we are witnessing; - Forms of Community that can be both physical and virtual; - Collective European Community, that is, spaces for a European Identity created by young people, who can combat the centrifugal forces seen in this period. Our project challenge will be to "make ourselves heard," "express ourselves," and "communicate" what older generations have failed to communicate. The needs of educators, which were identified through questionnaires administered immediately after Phase 1 of the pandemic, are: - Acquiring greater digital and pedagogical skills to expand the training offering and make it more connected to the world of work in this time of great uncertainty; - Know how to use new "educational operations" that appeal to young people; - Expand social integration through greater knowledge and connection with the social context in which they operate. The objectives: • Recognize diverse digital talents; • Select other creative ideas for the development of multimedia content (young people involve other young people), also oriented towards youth entrepreneurship; • Document the fragility of their territories and elicit reactions from citizens; • Involve local artists/bands and exploit the visual and musical language, including through digital tools; • Live stream backstage sessions and mini events "at the foot of mistreated territories"; • Create a European youth community that counters existing Euroscepticism. Our Youth Workers and their young people aged 18+, from any background: education, training, work, or disadvantage (economic and cultural). - Educators, Youth Workers with difficulties engaging young people and with limited digital skills. - Young people looking for work and needing to express themselves creatively. A stable transnational community will be the long-term goal we plan to achieve. Our short-term goals are: - Launch an online community that will monitor all phases of the project and serve as a communication, research, and outlet for the educators and young people who participate. This community will be open to the outside world at the end of the project and will support other initiatives that have been created in the meantime; - Develop at least five digital editorial formats, built with the help of organizations in the creative and cultural sectors; - Select creative multimedia content for each format to engage (attract) young people; - Present new career scenarios, also using the information gained from entrepreneurship education; - Develop a trai
