We at Metiva believe in transnational, European cooperation. We also believe that where there is sharing, there is successful entrepreneurial initiative.
In this sense, those who enter Metiva can find the tools (mostly self-training) to create or improve their business, their professionalism.
In particular, by acquiring the Metiva Method and entering the transnational network, 5 types of problems can be tackled together:
- Access to national and EU funding;
- Lack of manageriality;
- Exclusion from the national welfare system;
- Limited technological skills;
- Adjustment of vision to environmental protection.
A further problem is tackled across the board, internationalization. First as a cultural overcoming, then as a business one. internationalization takes place in an active way, passing from knowledge of the territory to knowledge of local partners, to arrive at the sharing of common projects and objectives.
Adaptability and pragmatism are the skills required to replicate or create from scratch a business model that starts from training to design and ends with the successful implementation of one's life and work project.
